July 27, 2009
By Daniel Williams of Centennial High School

                                                                                                    June 13, 2009
Nathan Williams of Centennial High School was Honored by the Las Vegas Track Club at their annual banquet on June 13, 2009 at Big Dogs as part of the 2009 Inductees.
The 2008 Centennial Cross Country Team had many accomplishments with Coach Mike McGuire including the Nevada State XC Championship for the first time in 10 years in Southern Nevada. "I would like to thank my coach for helping me achieve my success, and to the Las Vegas Track Club and Phil Lawton as one of the LVTC's Scholarship Chairs for the honor. It means a great deal to me, as I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and have competed there since I start running. Best of Luck to my former teammates."
Nathan has moved for his senior year and will run for the Oak Ridge High School Trojans in El Dorado Hills, CA. in the 09-10 school year.
